3. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from our Middleton, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
- Equipment defects covered under our 2-year warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
